New Partnership, New Academy for Today’s Leaders

We’re really excited to share a brand new project that’s close to our hearts: the Leadership and Governance Academy, launched in partnership with the University of Sudbury, the CEOG, and Discitus.

Starting in fall 2025, this Academy will become a national online learning space designed for managers, board members (officers or directors), and leaders working in non-profits, institutions, and public organizations across the country.

It will offer over twenty live, interactive trainings on key topics such as:

• Governance and Boards of Directors

• Non-profit funding

• Government relations

• Change management

• Leadership and team management

  
  

All trainings are recognized by the University of Sudbury and come with certificates, digital badges… and in some cases, credits leading to professional designations such as the Non-Profit Professional Director (NPPD.d) designation.

The goal? To make continuing education more accessible, more relevant, and more recognized for the people driving our organizations forward every day.
